We’re excited to announce the delivery of a 15m SKAi spot spraying system to Marty Hay of J&S Hay in Orkney, supplied through Linklater Engineering and supported by Highlands and Islands Enterprise — our first system so far north!
SKAi uses targeted herbicide application to reduce chemical use, lower input costs, minimise environmental impact, and maintain strong crop performance in the field.
A huge thank you to Marty for recognising the multiple benefits this technology can bring to customers and for taking the initiative to introduce SKAi to the area. We also extend our thanks to Linklater Engineering for their valued input in making this delivery possible, and to Highlands and Islands Enterprise for supporting the adoption of agritech to benefit the local farming community.
